One set of competencies concern the heutagogical capability and the ability to reflect and practice on the part of the learner in a cMOOC environment.<br />I would also say that we need to invent some new ways of "being" or levels of practice - acknowledged and intelligible plateaus.<br />Then I think we need to build tools for (in)formal observation of competence and "being" - traditional modes will not suffice.Apostolos K.
